Up/Reminder Call

Avail
MTNL's phone-plus wake-up/reminder call facility. This facility
enables the subscriber to get reminded/woken up at a
pre-determined time. This facility is available from all
electronic exchanges without any application or activation. All
you have to do is to dial in the pre-determined time you wish to
be woken up at or reminded at and get called back exactly on time by our
computerised system. No manual interactions, no hassles.

You can
also cancel/change the already registered time before the maturity of the
call, if you so desire.
How to use the facility
-
Registration of time :
Dial 116 + 2 digits (00 to 23)
for hours + 2 digits(00 to 59) for minutes. Replace the handset after
getting the acceptance tone. For e.g. to register a wake up call for
5.30 a.m. dial 116 05 30.

Cancellation/Change of time already registered:
Dial
117 + 2 digits(00 to 23) for hours + 2 digits(00 to 59) for minutes.
Replace the handset after getting the acceptance tone. The registered
call is now cancelled. For e.g. To cancel 5:30 a.m. wake up-dial
1170530.

To re-register a new time, follow the procedure for registration as
described above.
Charges
Service is
available
free of charge to everyone
Please note
-
You
can register only one call for a particular time and get a ring back at
that time. However, you can book multiple wake up calls.

There
may be occasions when you would not get acceptance tone for a particular
time, indicating that the computer is not in a position to take further
registrations for that time. In such circumstances, dial-in the time 1 or
2 minutes before or after the desired time.

Any
matured wake up call is charged @ Two Calls.
