Digital exchanges activation

Subscribers provided with this facility can activate the service by dialing "114" followed by the number to which the incoming call is to be transferred. If the request is registered, subscriber will hear an acknowledgement tone. Thereafter all the incoming call will go to the new number. During this period outgoing calls can still be made as usual. On lifting the handset a different dial tone will be heard indicating that the call forwarding facility is active.
