A-   iControl IPTV  

1.iControl IPTV (M/S AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED)-PREPAID PLANS

 *Security Deposit of Rs.999/- for STB and Modem

   NOTE:-

1. Rs.200/- will be charges for Installation/Registration charges.

2. Provisioning will be done on technical feasibility.

3. Entire Security Deposit charges will be refunded at the time of disconnection request subject to   return of STB with accessories, Remote, Modem with accessories in good working condition.

4. Cat V cable up to 5 meter length along with RJ 45 connector shall be provided free of cost and beyond that it is chargeable on actual cost basis.

5. Chill and Cool facility is available on all prepaid plans.

    6. Service Taxes will be extra as applicable for all charges.   

7. In case of damage to equipment supplied/installed, following charges will apply;-

    STB- Rs. 3500/-, Modem- Rs. 700/-, Remote-Rs.250/-, Adapter-Rs.50/-

1(a). ECO-SUPER-199

NOTE:-Rs.200/- will be charged for Installation/Registration charges. Service Taxes will be extra as applicable.

 REFUND AND DEDUCTION CHARGES:

• Entire Security Deposit charges will be refunded at the time of disconnection request subjected to return of STB with accessories, Remote, Modem with accessories in good working condition.

• In case of damage to equipment, supplied/installed charges, Rs.3500/- for STB, Rs.600 for Modem, Rs.250 for Remote, Rs.50 (each) for Adaptor will apply.

Terms  & Conditions:-

• Provisioning will be done on the basis of technical feasibility.

• Cat V cable up to 5 meter length along with RJ 45 connector shall be provided free of cost and beyond that it is      chargeable on actual basis.

• Fully refundable security & modem charges will be charged from the customer directly by M/s Aksh.  

New Scheme for Group Housing Societies/ RWAs: - In this scheme the IPTV connections will be booked CGHS/RWA under existing prepaid plans for iControl IPTV with the following incentive scheme.

Minimum connections in a CGHS/RWA-50

(i) Registration charges of Rs 200/- will be waived off by MTNL.

(ii) IPTV STB & Modem Security Deposit of Rs 999/- will be waived off by AKSH.

(iii) Two Free connections- One IPTV connection under Plan-299 and 2nd under Plan ECO-SUPER-199 will be given against installation of minimum 50 IPTV connections in single CGHS/RWA. Thereafter, two free connections on installation of every 50 IPTV connections under Plan ECO-SUPER-199.

Other terms and condition will remain the same.

The scheme will be implemented w.e.f. 01-10-2011  

 NEW ADD ON PACK for Prepaid

This new facility is for sports channels on monthly ECO-149, ECO-SUPER-199 and PREMIUM Plans in addition to the monthly service charges. 

     Note:

• This Add on Pack facility will be available to only prepaid IPTV customers and   if, a post paid subscriber wants this facility then he will have to shift from postpaid to prepaid monthly plan.

• Subscriber is free to choose one/two or all the three Add -on Packs.

• Subscribers will have to choose the plans for at least three months period.

• Existing RCV of Rs.100/- denomination will be used for this.

     Other terms and conditions will remain  the same.

     The scheme will be implemented w.e.f  01.01.2012.

2. iControl IPTV (M/S AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED)-POSTPAID PLANS FOR COPORATE EMPLOYEES ONLY

1. MEGA COMBO PLAN-900: Monthly service Charge Rs. 900/-

In this Plan customer will get voice, broad band and IPTV services on a single line and a single bill with following charges for each service:-  

a) Broadband Combo-   Rs.651/- for 512 kbps (unlimited) including Modem charges with                                            100 telephone pulses free every month and Rs.1 per extra   pulse,
b) iControl                        Rs.249/- for Premium plan

C) Anti –Virus                  F-secure Antivirus protection (Basic) will be provided free of cost.

2. Mini Combo Plan-500: Monthly service Charge Rs. 500/-

 In this Plan customer will get voice, broad band and IPTV services on a single line and a single bill with following charges for each service:-

a) Broadband Combo-  Rs.251/- including normal Modem charges and 1.25 GB download. Extra download will be charged @ Rs.0.20 per MB. 50 free meter pulses and Rs.1 per meter pulse extra.

b)iControl                 Rs.249/- for Premium Plan  

Note: -

 - Registration Charges is Rs.200/-

    - Service Taxes will be extra as applicable for all charges.

    - In plan Rs.900/-, F-Secure Anti-Virus protection is also clubbed. MTNL will bear the share of F-Secure Ant-Virus Protection.           

     - Initial charges against installation/testing/non refundable Security for Modem will be same as for Tri-B-599 Plan.

     - For WIFI Modem additional non refundable Security of Rs.500 will be charged along with monthly rental of Rs.25.

     - iControl Plan-Rs. 249 /- will provide 140 cannels including ESPN, Star Sports & Star Cricket, Chill & Cool available 20+ paid channel and 20 free to air channels.

     - Security Deposit for STB;-Fully refundable Security for STB kit with Universal Remote amounting Rs.1999/- payable to Aksh on booking.

 No Security Deposit for STB if numbers of connections are 100 or more. However Corporate House will have to give  undertaking that if STB is not returned back in good condition to M/S AKSH at the time of surrender of connection, Corporate shall deduct money from the Employee salary and pay to AKSH as under ,

 STB- Rs. 3500/-, Remote-Rs.250, Adapter-Rs.50/-
