1) Scheme open to all. Private operators can provide extension telephones to general public through DID EPABX on franchise basis. Commission will be given as prescribed by DOT.

2) These telephone connections can be provided in the adjoining multi-storied buildings within a radius of 500 meters from the multi-storied building in which the EPABX is installed.

3) Permission for operation of DID group EPABXs under this scheme may also be granted for providing service to non-multi-storied buildings located within a private compound having well-defined limits with a peripheral wall/fence without any public road /street passing through it.
