CMS
Call conference is a feature which allows a conference between three parties. This feature is a subscription based facility and customer has to request at Sanchar Haat for availing this service. Customer is charged and amount displayed in the monthly bill
How to use Call conference
- To initiate Call Conference call the first person by dialling his number (DN1)
- Once the call is connected to first person, dial *30 followed by the second person’s number (DN2)
- While you are doing so the first person will listen hold music
- When the call is connected with Second Person, press the calling button once more. This will initiate a 3-way conference call between You-DN1-DN2

Conversion
Post-paid to Prepaid Conversion
All the security deposit will be refunded, after adjusting any outstanding amount (similar to the termination of post-paid connection), in the final bill that will be generated after the conversion. Useful Information
- SIM Replacement: In case of Lost card replacement and change from “Handset based connection” to “RUIM based connection, service charge would be Rs. 100 (Excluding service tax).
- ISD Calling: Standard rates of MTNL Delhi will be applicable from time to time for all plans.
- Handset Bundling: In case of handset bundling offer, Calling of Rs. 1499/- on own network would be provided. This is conditioned to availability of handset with MTNL. Currently this offer could be availed with Micromax C-114 model and available with all franchisees. See the list of franchisees in Reach Us section.
- Security Deposits: Security deposits for STD/National Calling have been waived off and default roaming would be provided. Existing customers may apply for STD facility without paying any additional amount. Security deposit for ISD calling has been reduced to Rs. 2,000 from Rs. 3,000.
- Roaming facility: Though Garuda provide limited mobility services, in the interest of customers, roaming facility has been extended between MTNL Delhi and MTNL Mumbai. One India Plan charges would be applicable when a customer is roaming. Customers who are not having STD facility may call on local numbers. Incoming calls while roaming will not be charged. No Free Call allowance/Discount will be available while roaming. Also, no data services will be available while roaming.
- WLL connection to MTNL Landline customers: As WLL connection provide good alternative to Basic connection and it may be utilized as back up services, all landline customers are eligible for WLL connection with reduced activation charge of Rs. 100/- without any security deposit. Customers may choose Plan 100 or Unlimited Local Network Plan 250. New connection will be provided under same name and address. Only one Garuda connection will be provided against each basic number. Disconnections of landline will automatically disconnect the Garuda number attached with it.
