| However, if you wish to stop receiving such communications from MTNL Delhi aswell as from Telemarketers, please follow the procedure given below.
1.CDMA Customer : i) One has to dial 1909 or 1502 for registering one's request through garuda telephone number and the call center stafff will verify & give the docket number to the customer. 2.GSM Customer : i) One has to dial 1909 or 1503 for registering one's request through dolphin number and the call center stafff will verify & give the docket number to the customer. Procedure for Withdrawal of request : |
| Landline, CDMA & GSM customer can cancel his request for unsolicited commercial communication after expiry of 3 months of registering his request, the procedure of cancellation is same for registering his request, which is explained above. |
Procedure for Booking a Complaint : |
| Customer who has registered in NDNC can book a complaint upon receiving a commercial communication in writing to Nodal Officers . |
