Terms & Conditions
  • Applicability: Friends and Family plan will be applicable to customers of all plans.                                               
  • Modes of Subscription: The FnF facilities may be availed and subscribed through IVR or by request to customer care at 1503(Websmap)
  • Customer may choose any MTNL Basic number or Mobile number.                                                
  • Numbers under FnF may be added or modified. Rs. 10/- will be charged for per addition or modification beyond 5 in a month.
  • Rent will be deducted on monthly basis.
  • Other rates would be as per plan subscribed

Terms & Conditions
  • Applicability: Home zone plan will be applicable to customers of all plans.                                               
  • Modes of Subscription: The Home zone plan facilities may be availed and subscribed through IVR or by request to customer care at 1503(Websmap)
  • Subscribed customer will be charged with Home Zone rate when customer call originate from customers Home Zone LSA and original tariff charges will be applicable for calls originating from other than Home Zone LSA.
  • Once it is activated, it will override the existing plan for call originating from Home Zone Area 
  • Rent will be deducted on monthly basis.
  • Other terms & conditions as per plan subscribed                                             
  • Home zone plan is an additional benefit on respective plan which is temporary in nature
  • It will be implemented in Faridabad

The plan will be regularised from 11.11.2011.
