Note: In
accordance with TRAI's regulations for consumer grievance
redressal, the service providers/operators have already
established a three-tier grievance redressal
mechanism,the details of contact persons alongwith the
details of their phone number,fax number and e-mail id
are available on their web site as well as on TRAI website
(www.trai.gov.in)
under service provider and consumer group section.
The same may be referred to for expedient redressal of
grievance in the first instance by the complainant.However
if the grievance remains unresolved after utilizing the
tree tier grievance redressal mechanism of service
provider, the complainant (without prejudice to his right
to approach a court of law) may register his complaint
on the above web portal with the complete details of
response(s) received from the 3 tier Grievance Redressal
Mechanism of concerned Operator/ service provider.
