VCC Cards from MTNL outlets and sell them.

MTNL Card Phone (VCC Based):
1. These phones will be treated as departmental PCO.
2. This category of landline phone will have free incoming
and outgoing access through VCC Cards only. All utility
services will be available in this category. Area GMs
shall install these phones in Banks, Hospitals, Hostels,
Shops, Schools, all other public places and will give good
numbers. This category is not be for general public.
3.
These
will be booked in category 64 class 75. Software has
already been developed by IT Unit.
4.
The
telephone line will be provided with instant hotline
facility to IN for VCC access code 160211.
5.
No
CLIP instrument will be provided on this.

Extra wireline to existing PCO holder as follows:-
1. Every wireline STD PCO holder will be provided one extra wireline STD PCO line without extra guaranteed amount irrespective of a number of STD PCOs operating by him at the same location. This will reduce the interruption in service in case of fault on
first PCO. If and when there is a differential slab rate of commission, this STD PCO will be considered as independent and will not be clubbed with other STD PCOs for the purpose of volume based commission. This STD PCO will be linked with one of his main STD PCOs for the purpose of disconnection / shift.
2. In case of exclusive Local wireline PCOs also one additional local wireline PCO without any guaranteed amount will be allowed. This will be linked with the first PCO for the purpose of disconnection and shifting etc.EPBT will be provided with this.
